Providers of Paving Blocks

Paving Blocks and Their Functions

Large paved surfaces can be created using paving blocks and laying them in various patterns. These blocks can be lain on moderate slopes as well and are typically used for creating driveways, walkways, and parking lots for businesses or residencies.

MVA Bricks is one of the top providers of paving blocks. Our selection covers most standard sizes and shapes to suit all the requirements of the construction industry. These blocks are available in a selection of colours as well.

Paving blocks can be lain in a variety of patterns, which can be achieved by using bricks of two or more colours. Bricks for paving driveways have specifically designed faces to offer a selection of paving options. Bevelled bricks are commonly used, as they offer a smooth face for walking and driving on. Today, we will focus on our selection of bricks that can be used to create paving blocks for your next construction project.

MVA’s Selection of Paving Bricks

Our Bevel brick is of a standardised size and shape. As a provider of the Bevel, we offer this brick in a variety of colours as well. Our standard five colours are Grey, Plum, Black, Clay, and Multi, to provide multiple possibilities for colour-based patterns. The Bevel paves at 50 bricks per square metre and ships at 10 m² worth of bricks per pack. This brick weighs 1,92 kg and is 50 mm thick to produce a sturdy paving slab.

We also provide a wider version of the Bevel in our Cottage brick. The Cottage increases the width to 150 mm as opposed to the standard 100-mm width of the Bevel. The large-surface Cottage provides the means for cost-effective paving solutions for walkways. It is also available in two additions colours, namely Clay Sand and Dark Sand, giving a total of seven colours, so it can also be used for multicolour patterns.

We are also providers of the Interlock paving brick. It is an interlocking solution to reduce movement between blocks. This brick is available in 50-, 60-, and 80-mm thicknesses to match your requirements and it paves at 48 bricks per square metre. As providers of quality paving blocks, we also supply concrete kerbs and retaining-wall blocks to deliver an extensive selection of building materials.
